The IW40 is a mobile field lab for art, research, and XR projects at sea. Available for charter as part of funded projects, it provides a distinctive setting for fieldwork, creative development, documentation, public engagement, and immersive storytelling.

We document the High North with sled dogs and a sailboat. Our work—research articles, photography, video, XR, oil painting, ceramics—records places and lives undergoing extreme change. We do not romanticise. We bear witness with responsibility, blending scientific precision with artistic urgency.
